OvaEasy Egg Cooking Instructions

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Mix 2 parts OvaEasy Egg Crystals with 3 parts water.
  2. Whisk to thoroughly mix.
  3. Cook or microwave as you would normal cook scrambled eggs, omelettes, or use in baking recipes.
  4. Refrigerate any remaining liquid egg.
  5. Close bag of unused OvaEasy. Store in a cook and dry place. No refrigeration needed.

Ratio of Eggs, Egg Crystals, & Water

1 Egg = 2 Tbsp OvaEasy & 3 Tbsp Water

2 Eggs = 4 Tbsp OvaEasy & 6 Tbsp Water

3 Eggs = 6 Tbsp OvaEasy & 9 Tbsp Water
