Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie Great for fall mornings 

 OvaEasy Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie recipe.

1/2 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 large banana
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice blend
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1 scoop OvaEasy Creme Brulee protein crystals
1/2 cup  ice cube
Blend till thick and creamy,
