- Mix 2 parts OvaEasy Egg Crystals with 3 parts water.
- Whisk to thoroughly mix.
- Cook or microwave as you would normal cook scrambled eggs, omelettes, or use in baking recipes.
- Refrigerate any remaining liquid egg.
- Close bag of unused OvaEasy. Store in a cook and dry place. No refrigeration needed.
