Shipping & Returns Policy

 We ship to the United States, its territories, and Canada.

Free Standard Shipping on any order of $70 or more to the continental U.S.

Shipping rates to Canada require flat rates of $20 or $45 depending on order amount.

Fulfillment Timing:

Orders are fulfilled daily Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled and receive tracking information.

Holiday Season Shipping:

Please be mindful that packages may take longer to deliver during the months of November and December due to the higher demand all shipping carriers experience.

Tracking Products:

We will email tracking information to the email provided at the time of fulfillment. If you have any questions regarding tracking updates, shipping, and/or delivery, we ask that you call the shipping provider listed in your email.

Shipments:

If your tracking indicates your packages have been delivered, but you have not received it, please do the following:

  • Confirm the shipping address you entered is correct by referring to your order receipt sent via email.
  • Contact the carrier listed on the fulfillment email sent to you.

PLEASE NOTE: we are not responsible for your lost or stolen packages or packages delivered to a shipping address entered by the customer in error.

Incorrect Address:

Once an order is processed for shipment, we are not able to adjust the shipping address. You may, however, reach out to the shipping carrier utilized to see if they will allow you to redirect your package or have it held at a location near you.

Returns:

Return Requirements:

  • A request for a return must be within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Returns must be unused and in the original packaging unaltered.

To return a product, please contact info@nutriom.com and request approval to return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your return request. A credit for the purchase price, less shipping costs, will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days to see the credit appear with your bank for refunds.

PLEASE NOTE:Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Exchange Requirements:

  • Items received defective or damaged may be sent back and exchanged for the same item.
  • A request for an exchange must be within 30 days of purchase date.

To exchange a product, please contact info@nutriom.com and request approval to return product for an exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange request. Replacement products will be processed within 5 business days per our Fulfillment Timing section.
