How To Prepare OvaEasy’s Food Service Egg Products

The easiest way to prepare our scrambled egg mixes is by using a BIB (boil-in-bag). To mix you just add water through the side spout up to the designated fill line, then shake it up to mix the powder and cook either by placing the entire BIB into boiling water or by pouring the liquid egg onto a grill. You will now be ready to serve up fluffy, flavorful eggs. With the foil bag, you can use a pitcher and whisk, a blender or shake in a covered container to mix and then you can use the liquid egg for anything you would use traditional shell eggs for. Once our whole egg crystals are combined with water, they’re equivalent to cooking with liquid eggs.
