United StatesI did a deep dive into powdered eggs, and this are the best bang for taste, quality and price. Add a little cheese salt and pepper and its fantastic! Hopefully the price of eggs come down or a deal comes up. I do plan to stock up on these eggs.

United StatesIn Miami, Florida bought these in case of a hurricane knock on wood. So far so good, but we're coming up to the peak of hurricane season. Decided to give them a try. I made them in a bowl. Added three teaspoons plus the amount of water. Scrambled it up. Added some Smokey links and some onions and stuck it in the microwave for 1 minute. I know if there's a hurricane I won't have a microwave. I'll be using the camping stove but I was lazy. Very good. Very easy. Happy I bought them... I used to go camping but got a little bit too old and slow. This would be great for people that camp that want scrambled eggs for breakfast without having to bring real eggs. Just bring the water your frying pan and you're having breakfast. They are really good
United StatesAs a long time buyer of OvaEasy Egg Cryatals from over 7 years ago, I decided to order more for my storage in our pantry. Last week I opened one of the cans from a purchase over 7 years ago and the eggs (REAL EGGS) taste just like they were fresh as just laid. I have told my good friends about this product and they have ordered several cases too. Upon opening the can I noticed oxygen absorbers inside and that tells me alot this small company. The Rooster Bullets are good. Buy these with confidence. I am not paid by this company, I am speaking from experience. Good Day

United StatesI usually dehydrate my own backpacking food, but eggs have always been my least favorite thing to prepare by FAR, so I decided to try these. We boil soak in freezer bags on the trail, so since we weren't going to be "cooking" these in a skillet/pan, we ran the risk of having them be soupy (but safe--they're pasteurized and got a quick cook with the boiling water) in our trail breakfast taco mixture. To get around this, I added some instant mashed potatoes (about 2:1.5 eggs to mashed potatoes) and a small amount of instant rice to soak up the eggs and fluff it up--worked perfectly for a scrambled-like texture without the fuss. Our meal also had some dehydrated hashbrowns, sweet potatoes, and refried beans, which further helped with the texture. Overall, easier to prepare and tastier than my home-dehydrated eggs, and without the funky dried egg smell. I'll be buying these for all future trips that warrant a dehydrated breakfast!
