I was expecting the possibility of a weird texture but there was none, I actually found it really hard to tell the difference between these and fresh scrambled eggs. Their customer service is absolutely amazing as well. I messed up my order and accidently sent them to my old house with no way to retrieve it, they were able to get me a new one shipped out just in time before my trip which was a complete lifesaver!
