Equivalent to 540 whole eggs or 5,120 egg whites, our whole egg crystals and egg white powder come in 50-pound versions as individual bags in a box or large foil bags, each providing a three-year shelf life for bulk efficiencies and cost savings.

Serving as a direct replacement for 5-pound frozen eggs, our 1.12-pound foil bags help you save on shipping and storage with the equivalent of 42 whole eggs in one package, enabling a lesser footprint while maximizing lifespan with a three-year shelf life.

For scaling larger baking batches, our 2-pound foil bags yield the equivalent of 75 whole eggs with a shelf life of three years. These bags are ideal for commercial production requiring consistency across mass quantities.

Each bottle of egg spray wash contains the equivalent of 5.5 large eggs when reconstituted with water, with six bottles bundled for bulk orders. Store unopened bottles for up to two years and refrigerate after using for up to five days for egg wash at the ready.
