Creme Brulee Sunrise Shake

 

After your morning walk or a good 30 minute stretching session to start your work day add and Sunrise Shake.  With over 27 grams of protein and cinnamon to kick start your metabolism you are ready for good day.  

Ingredients 

Creme Brulee Sunrise Shake That Will Keep Tapping Your Toes All Day. 

  • 1 cup almond milk or other milk 
  • 1 peeled banana
  • 2 Tablespoons of Greek yogurt  vanilla is a good option
  • 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon 
  • 2 scoops  of OvaEasy Creme Brulee Egg White Protein (Scoop Included) 
Add ingredient on a small blender in this order to avoid crystals sticking to the bottom.  Blend quickly or add ice for a smoothie style protein shake.
