A great recipe from the gals at Whey Too Sweet

Our White Chocolate Creme Brûlée Protein Truffles are delish!!

- 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff/cream
- 1.5 scoops Egg Crystals Creme brûlée protein powder
- 1/4 white chocolate bar of choice (or one small block all natural melting white chocolate)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil

Mix fluff and 1 scoop protein powder. Set aside. On low heat, melt coconut oil and chocolate in a saucepan. When melted, add 1/2 scoop protein powder. Turn heat off. Mix until smooth. Using a spoon, fill candy mold halfway with chocolate. Pinch pieces of fluff mixture, roll into ball and put in candy molds. Cover rest with rest of chocolate. Place in freezer for 5-10 min. Remove from freezer.
Optional: There should be a thin layer of chocolate left in your saucepan. Melt that. Use a candy brush or your fingers to put the melted chocolate on a spot on each piece of candy. Sprinkle protein crystals.
